Staying at Sand Pebble beach is the one vacation that our family does every year. It is fairly close to our home so if the kids are working they can still come up and enjoy the relaxing beach house in the evenings. When we vote on the vacation spot that we will all try to come and spend precious time together--this is the place the kids want. They skim board, boogie board and play on the beach while we enjoy a glass of wine with a Bbque meal on the deck overlooking the water. Dolphins jump in the nearby waves. It is wonderful! Can't wait to come back next summer.

The location is great and we loved hearing the sound of the surf from anywhere in the house. Being able to watch the surfers and seal/otters from the deck was great. I wish they had plexiglass instead of chain link fence on the deck railing so you could see out while sitting in side. The house needs more lights. It's hard to read without move lamps around. Overall, we like this place and are planning another trip to the area this next summer.

La Selva beach is a great place to visit because the beach is so clean. The home was clean and well kept. A short walk down the stairs and you were on the beach. It was beautiful!
